Security Deposit Amount: 15,000
Security Deposit Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days after property inspection. Your adherence to this timeline is appreciated.
Noise & disturbances: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; no loud parties or events.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Occupancy: Follow maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests need prior approval.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Cleanliness: Please keep the villa clean, use the designated trash bins and avoid littering the property.
Safety & security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities responsibly and adhere to any posted guidelines.
Compliance: Follow local laws and regulations. Illegal activities will result in eviction and potential legal action.
Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory. Kindly cooperate with our housekeeping team.

Maximum occupancy: 9 guests (Additional charges apply for extra guests beyond standard occupancy.)
Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
- Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
- Guests, who are not checked-in are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
- Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
- Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
- Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
- Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.
Food & Beverages Policy
- Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
- Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
- Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
