The space

The villa is situated at a calm location, away from the city crowd. This place is perfect for nature lovers, to have a relaxed time and a perfect starting point to explore the city.

Moreover, this brand new 6-bedroom property offers style and comfort just like your home, with a fabulous view. Situated amid the Aravalli hills, gives you the added benefit of the morning sun streaming through the side windows and all-day sun coming in from the front.

Guest access

The villa has a full kitchen, luxury king-size beds and tiled showers. Quiet and warm with a location that is central to everything Udaipur has to offer.

Guests will have access to the villa including the balcony as well as the garden/yard with a big pool and the parking lot in front of the house.

Private enclosed patio with outdoor furniture to make the most of the view regardless of the weather conditions.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Smoking is restricted to outdoors only. Guests are requested to use ash tray and preserve the beauty of the premises.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors (11 AM – 10 PM) and indoors after dark. Loud music isn’t allowed.
– The host is not available at the property but is available on call for any requests or concerns; however, the caretakers stay on the premises.
– Extra bedding arrangements can be done at an extra cost.
– Pets are strictly not allowed at this home.
– Parking space available for cars.
– In case of heavy snow we have a pickup available for the guest.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 8 PM for your service and assistance.
100% payment in advance for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.

This is not a pet-friendly home.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a 48-hour notice prior to your check-in date.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
All mobile networks work excellently well here.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
All-male groups are not allowed.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Any extra guests will be charged extra.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if cancelled 7 days before check-in. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Cancellation or rescheduling can not be availed at less than 7 days of the check-in date or if the booking is made with partial payment.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
