If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Alcohol Policy: While we do not sell alcohol on the property, guests are permitted to bring their own, allowing for a personalised experience.
Pet policy: Pets are welcome here! We allow pets to stay with their owners at the bungalow, ensuring no family member is left behind.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10:30 AM); Lunch (12:30 PM to 2:30 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 11 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

– Free cancellation – 15 days before arrival.
– Within 8-14 days of arrival – 1-night penalty.
– Within 0-7 days of arrival – 100% penalty.
