This pet-friendly luxury homestay has a bedroom on each floor. The ground floor also comprises a patio overlooking the verdant landscape. Guests can access the upper floor through an exterior spiral staircase. The 2nd bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the beautiful landscape.

Each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms out of which ground floor bathroom is equipped with bathtub.

The lawn and patio are shared spaces on the estate.

-The approach road leading to the home is patchy approx 1 km.
-Room amenities include a king-sized bed, AC, fan, sit-out and a private bathtub.
-4 cars can be parked outside the property under the surveillance for free of any additional charges.
-Villa amenities include shared spaces like the garden, a patio with a sitting area, a bonfire and a parking area. The villa also has amenities such as a genset for power backup, along with AC and fans in all bedrooms.
-The exteriors of the home are under CCTV surveillance. Areas include Verandahs/Sit Outs, Lawns/Gardens, Parking, Estate Entrance, and Backyard/Storage Area
-The final 1-kilometer stretch leading to the villa is currently experiencing some rough patches due to recent heavy rainfall.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5000 is charged for each room. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules. Guests will be liable to pay for any damages caused at the property during the stay. The amount against such damages will be calculated on actuals and collected before the scheduled guest check-out.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited on the home. Management will report any such activities to local authorities.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval, the guest can only bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
This is a pet-friendly home. Pets will be charged at an additional cost per pet per day + taxes. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done at least 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
