Afterward, relax into the spacious living room, where you can enjoy your favourite shows on the TV or engage in lively conversations. With eight cosy bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
Afternoons are perfect for indoor and board games. As the sun sets, gather in the outdoor sit-out space, the perfect spot for chilling and soaking in the serene ambiance. If you're feeling adventurous, explore the many delights Nashik has to offer, including its renowned wineries. As night falls, the bonfire crackles invitingly, creating a cosy atmosphere for sharing stories and roasting marshmallows. Throughout your stay, the charm and elegance of Whispering Meadows envelop you, making every moment a cherished memory.

- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can provide backup.
- There is no Wi-Fi available at the property. Guests are requested to bring their own dongle for internet connection.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
- Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
- Guests, who are not checked-in, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
- Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
- Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
- Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
- Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.
Food & Beverages Policy
- Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
- Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
- Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
