Perched upon a hill, Padam Hill is one of those quaint Victorian cottages that take you back in time to experience the luxurious interiors of the British Raj days. The 70-step climb sets the tone for a rather picturesque holiday - be it with the views or the architecture. The stone clade facade resembles a blissful mountain home that holds secrets of yesteryears. The elegant sloped roofs, beautiful fireplaces and mantelpieces, large airy rooms and high ceilings add to the timeless appeal of this villa. Walk further on right is a separate glass unit with a plush drawing room, with a Bukhari, floor-to-ceiling windows and wrap-around panoramas of the surrounding mountainscapes. It has been refurbished to incorporate all modern amenities that make your stay extremely relaxing. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games to indulge in while you absorb the beauty of the hills, you can choose to dine al-fresco in the cool weather or play around the grounds with our friendly golden retriever! If you want to just find a good getaway from the hectic life of your city, Kasauli provides the ideal environment to soothe your nerves.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– Guests have access to the entire villa except for one of the rooms occupied by the owner, on the first floor.
– There is a friendly resident dog staying in the premises of the same property.
– There are approximately 70 steps leading up to the villa. Staff will be available to help the guests carry their luggage up to the villa.
– Senior citizens can be driven to the villa via another route, approximately 5 minutes away from the villa. Guests will have to walk the rest of the way.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Secured parking is available for 10 cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
All-male groups are not allowed.
Guests have access to the entire villa except for one of the rooms occupied by the owner, on the first floor.
There is a friendly resident dog staying in the premises of the same property.

We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa

Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
