Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support essentials. The generator can also provide power backup for up to 3 hours post which a charge of Rs. 1000 per hour will be levied.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the pool for security purposes.
• This is a standalone property.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Please note that the last 2 km. leading up to the property might not be concrete.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
  
  Food & Beverages Policy

   

• The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted.
• Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of the brand.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
• Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
• If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
