We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Outside food is not allowed at this home.
– This home welcomes married couples, families, and corporate groups; gentlemen and stag groups are not permitted. Guests are requested to maintain peace during their entire stay so that other rooms are not disturbed.
– Smoking in rooms or the living area will attract a fine of Rs. 4000. Smoking is allowed near the pool and private backyard garden.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors and indoors after dark. Loud music isn’t allowed.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM.
Property staff is available from 7 AM to 11:30 PM for your service and assistance.
Security Deposit is not applicable for this stay.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoors.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval, only the guest can bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
Pets are strictly prohibited in this home.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is not allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follow – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
