- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- All-male groups and stags are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the solar power backup can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Food & Beverages Policy - The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of the brand.
- Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
- Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
- If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
- No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
