- This sun-drenched cottage boasts spacious outdoor balconies that open up to breathtaking views of the lush valley and the majestic mountains beyond. It's the perfect backdrop for your morning ritual, be it sipping a freshly brewed cup of coffee, enjoying a quiet tea, or toasting to the end of the day with a glass of wine.
- You get to experience the enchanting winter line from our balconies and enjoy the finest sunset views over the Doon Valley. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of shooting star.
- This home is meticulously designed to be "gram-worthy," ensuring that every moment of your stay is enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to find a quiet corner to read, explore the nearby trails, or simply bask in the beauty of Mussoorie, we invite you to find your place among the stars.

Layout
- Upon entering The Wilbury Chocolate, you are immediately enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The entrance leads directly into a spacious seating area, where natural light cascades through a striking sky roof, highlighting the elegant drapery of the curtains.
- This central gathering spot is designed for relaxation and entertainment, boasting a sophisticated drop-down screen and projector for evening movie sessions. Adjacent to this area, a series of chairs are thoughtfully placed by large windows, offering guests a quiet nook to enjoy the panoramic views.
- The room flows naturally into an inviting dining area and adjacent pantry. Just beyond, a staircase beckons, leading to the private sanctuaries above. The first bedroom is situated to the right, offering privacy and comfort, while the master suite awaits at the top of the stairs, commanding a breathtaking view of the valley from its balcony. Each room benefits from an ensuite washroom, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay. Wilbury Chocolate features its own distinct living area equipped with a projector.

Shared Spaces:
Outside, a beautifully landscaped courtyard acts as the heart of outdoor living at Wilbury Homes. Here, guests can relax in the meticulously arranged seating areas, or simply soak in the stunning views of the Doon Valley.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
Caretakers timings: 8 AM- 10 PM
– Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty is applicable if found smoking.
– Stag bookings are not permitted at this home.
– Stag groups are not allowed
– Loud music is prohibited after 10 pm.
– Dual ACs are available in all bedrooms
– Parking space for up to 3 cars. Since the roads are narrow, large SUVs should be avoided.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 3,000/room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to admission and may ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

ookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
