About Home

Contemporary, sophisticated and stylish, Uday Villa is a truly discerning home nestled in the Western Ghats. Featuring a large private pool that spans the length of the linear home, the outdoor space also comprises a gazebo, a bar and an expansive lawn. Floor to ceiling French doors create a connection between the chic indoors and verdant outdoors so you can make the most of your beautiful surroundings. Unique glass chandeliers, an eclectic mix of artwork and industrial finishes define the bold interiors while earthy toned furnishings maintain a sense of warmth. The 4 gorgeous, distinctly-themed bedrooms lie on opposite ends of the linear layout and open out onto the patio.

Enjoy al fresco meals, throw a barbecue party or just lounge by the pool all day. If you’re looking for activities around the villa, Lohono’s guest relations team can help you plan excursions to any of the surrounding historical forts or arrange for you to tee off at the nearby Aamby Valley Golf Club.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– The house does not permit outside visitors at the property during the stay
– All male groups are not allowed
– Guests are requested to not sit on indoor/outdoor sofas with wet clothes
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
– Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
– Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden. Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. No guest under the age of 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on the property.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
Guests, who are not checked-in or registered guests are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with these rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa more pleasurable
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

Food & Beverages Policy

The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted.
Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of the brand.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
