HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are 3 units on the premises, a villa, a cottage and a studio room. Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and 1 bedroom.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 8 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests are advised to be cautious while on the lawn, given the presence of monkeys around.-
- All bedrooms and common areas are equipped with Hot & Cold ACs.
We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Non-registered visitors are not allowed to sleep in the villa.
- Smoking within the villa is prohibited, and guests are advised to smoke outdoors and must ensure the use of ashtrays for fire safety precautions.
- To respect the neighbourhood’s serenity, loud music and noise are not permitted post 10:00 pm in the garden or villa premises.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, as room cleaning is done in guests’ absence for sanitisation purposes. Any damages incurred to the property during the stay will be billed to the guest upon departure.
- While we do not sell alcohol at the bungalow, guests are permitted to bring their own, allowing for a personalised experience.
- To provide you with the best dining experience, we request that you inform us of your meal preferences on the day of your arrival.
- Pets are welcome here! We allow pets to stay with their owners at the bungalow, ensuring no family member is left behind.
Food & Beverages Policy - Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
- Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
- Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
- Breakfast is served between 8:00 am – 10:30 am, offering a fresh start to your day. Lunch can be enjoyed from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, perfect for a midday meal. Dinner is available from 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm, concluding your day with a delightful meal. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– Free cancellation – 15 days before arrival.
– Within 8-14 days of arrival – 1-night penalty.
