While city living has its advantages, there is something very special about living in a home surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. This two-bedroom Dehradun property is great for anyone who enjoys being surrounded by natural beauty. The lawn area surrounding the house, with plenty of opportunities to smell the crisp morning air while sipping your coffee. The house has an airy living room with plenty of natural light, an aesthetically pleasing kitchen, and beautiful woodwork throughout. This home is the essence of intimate living, with wide windows that let the sun in to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is also excellent, with stunning mountain views and easy access to the main attractions.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– CCTV cameras capture areas of the home for security purposes.
– In case of a power outage, the 2KVA inverter can support all fans and lights in each space for up to 3 hours.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors and indoors after dark (10 pm). Loud music isn’t allowed.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
All mobile networks work fairly well here.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
