• Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter and generator can support all the appliances.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• This is a standalone property.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
  
  Food & Beverages Policy

• All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
• Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
• Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
• Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa
  
  Cancellation Policy
• Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
• If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a  50% refund in the original mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
