Located just a short drive from Udaipur Airport, this three-bedroom retreat blends the raw charm of nature with the quiet elegance of heritage design.

Step inside, and you’ll be embraced by warm wooden interiors, soft lighting, and the scent of earth and pine. Each bedroom is crafted with care—wooden floors beneath your feet, soft linens on the bed, and a cozy sofa-cum-bed to welcome an extra guest or a lazy afternoon nap. From the rooftop, where a bubbling open-air jacuzzi awaits, the skies open up, and Udaipur’s serene wilderness unfolds before you.

The day here moves at your pace. Begin with a dip in the private pool, or sip morning tea with your furry friend by your side—yes, AALNA is pet-friendly. Afternoons can melt into evenings with optional bonfire sessions, live music under the stars, or a sizzling in-house barbecue, curated just for you.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Each bedroom has a Sofa-cum bed. Extra mattresses are available at an extra cost.
– Smoking is strictly allowed in outdoors. Guests are requested to ask for ash tray from the caretaking staff and preserve the beauty of the premises.
– The host is not available at the property but is available on call for any requests or concerns; however, the caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.- Extra bedding arrangements can be done at an extra cost.
– In case of a power outage, the inverters can provide power backup for up to 6 hours.
– Parking space available for cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM for your service and assistance.
A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a 48-hour notice prior to your check-in date.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
All-male groups are allowed.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Any extra guests will be charged extra.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
