Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• Housekeeping staff is available to serve you from 8 am until 10 pm. Female attendants retire to their chambers at 7 pm, while the male attendants will be at your service till 10 pm. Service from 10 pm to 2 am will be on a chargeable basis.
• A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
• Guests, who are not checked-in, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. There are safety lockers available in rooms, kindly store your valuables in the safe lockers. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.
• No loud music should be played outdoors beyond 10 pm and indoors after 11 pm.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. We recommend you smoke outdoors, around the garden. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
• Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden. Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. No guest under the age of 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on the property.
• Electricity and water conservation should be respected. Appliances such as ACs, geysers etc. should only be switched on when they need to be used.
• Additional services should be requested at least 6 hours in advance.
• Please ensure doors and windows are kept closed at all times to avoid insects and flies since the property is surrounded by a forested area.
• All guest laundry is on a chargeable basis. Kindly have it placed in the laundry bins. We encourage you to speak to the on-ground manager to assist with the same.
• Alcohol around the property is limited and available only at a distance of 30-60 kilometres. If provisions are requested, errand charges would be applicable. We encourage you to carry your own preferred liquor. Provision for mixers can be done at the villa with prior information based on availability.
• Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
• Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
• Breakfast
  is served between 8 am and 11 am. Please let your attendant know what time
  you would like the service to begin. Lunch is served between 12:30 pm and
  2 pm. Dinner service begins at 7:30 pm and ends at 10 pm.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
• For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
