Nestled on 2 acres of lush riverside land, Jallosh isn’t just a getaway—it’s an experience waiting to unfold. Imagine waking up to the soothing flow of the Pej River, spending lazy afternoons in the high-tech, soundproof preview theatre room and catching every match or your favourite films in an immersive cinematic experience, and ending the night cozying up by the bonfire if the winds are cold, savoring a sizzling barbecue with your favorite treats, or soaking in the vibe of live music under the evening lights. If you've ever dreamed of bonding with majestic horses, here’s your chance - meet Diana, Jasmine, and Jordan—the gentle souls always ready for play. At Jallosh, every sunrise invites a new adventure, and every sunset promises a story worth telling.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– The private theatre will be operated by the property manager, and guests are requested not to touch the system. Kindly note that no food or beverages are allowed inside the theatre to maintain its pristine condition. The timing for our preview theatre is from *10 AM to 10 PM
– For horse riding, guests must wear boots and full pants to ensure their safety and comfort. Please treat the horses with care and respect.
– For river rafting, we only facilitate the process by connecting guests with the relevant service providers. The activity is subject to water conditions and availability.
– Drivers are requested not to enter the main villa. A comfortable, dedicated room has been arranged for them separately.
– For the safety of both guests and the villa, ball games or rough play inside the home are not allowed.
– We invite you to enjoy the open spaces and lawns instead!
– To preserve the ambience and furnishings, we ask that no food or drinks be consumed in the living room.
– To maintain the sanctity and cleanliness of our space, we request that no chappals or footwear be worn inside the villa.
– Exceptions are made for elders and guests with medical or bone-related concerns.
– In the event of a power outage or fluctuations, the generator can be activated, but disruptions due to weather or regional issues are beyond our control.
– For safety, children must always be supervised by an adult near the pool.
– If you wish to enter the river, please ensure you know how to swim. If not, kindly stay near the rocks and riverbank and avoid venturing into deeper waters.
– A security deposit is mandatory for all bookings.
– Parking space for up to 4 cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 7,500 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Hookah is strictly prohibited on the property.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests,
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
