When hunger kicks in, fire up the BBQ for a smoky, delicious feast, followed by a cosy bonfire session under the stars.

If you're in the mood to explore, take a stroll through the serene Sukhna Lake, marvel at the quirky Rock Garden, or indulge in some retail therapy at Sector 17 Plaza. History buffs can visit the Capitol Complex, while foodies can dive into Chandigarh’s vibrant café scene. - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire can be set up for the guests at an extra charge of Rs. 2000 per session. Rs. 1000 will be added per extra session.

Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Guests do not have access to the villa office on the ground floor.
Unmarried couples and all-male groups are not allowed to book the property.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
There is no Wi-Fi available at the property.
Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
This property is a part of a gated community.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is allowed at this home.
Reheating of vegetarian food is allowed. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
