Offering an unconventional natural hideaway in the quaint town of Karjat, Corfu and Crete are twin villas where you can have a quick staycation with your entire tribe. This pet-friendly home offers beautiful sights of the lush green Sahyadris and is a classic respite amidst the meandering forests. Relax and unwind in the pool, or play to your heart's delight on the expansive lawn; this home with its regal wooden décor offers multiple opportunities to fill your treasure trove with some beautiful memories.

Corfu and Crete are special because of their:
- Serene location amidst splendid lush green landscapes.
- Surrounded by hillocks on both sides.
- Tranquility and quietude.
- Suitable for a private gathering with your tribe.
- Private swimming pool.
- 3.75 acres sprawling lawn featuring tall trees and a mini mango orchard with ample seating arrangements.
- Modern wooden decor with comfortable furnishings

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– In case of power outages, the generator can support all lights, fans, AC and TV for up to 6 hours. Similarly, the inverter can also support all lights and fans for up to 12 hours.
– The villa is situated in a secluded area and the path leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
– Car parking is available only in designated areas.
– Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes.
– The caretaker stays outside the premises of the property.
– Guests are advised not to switch on both the ACS in the living rooms at the same time.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi and Airtel work fairly well here.
– Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Guests are advised not to switch on both the ACS in the living rooms at the same time.
Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi and Airtel work fairly well here.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
All-male groups are not allowed.
Management shall not be responsible for any losses of valuables.
Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and ensure that the doors and windows are locked when they are not present in the rooms.
Guests have access to the pool only till 10:00 PM.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Pets are not allowed near the pool.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
