This pet-friendly villa features a sunken common seating area at the center of the living room, offering stunning monsoon views through its glass-walled facade.
To ensure a cool and comfortable stay, the living room is equipped with two coolers, making it the perfect retreat in every season.
Gift your senses a serene experience with the sounds of nature, the symphony of birds chirping and leaves blowing in the massive lawn with a gazebo, a dedicated meditation space for sunrise views, and a Buddha statue for positive vibes.

Layout

- Upon entering the villa, you drive past a bonfire seating area, leading up to the grand entrance of the villa.
- Stepping inside, you are welcomed by an expansive common area that features a kitchenette and a dining area.
- The living area boasts a grand piano that sits majestically by a central seating area that opens to a deck area through a glass-walled facade.
- The first bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, providing ample privacy and space. Villa's elevator makes all the floors easily accessible for the guests, especially the elderly ones.
- The villa's lower level is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a movie theater and other games. This level opens up to a large lawn with a gazebo at its edge, offering a serene outdoor space. The villa’s swimming pool, designed from a Bollywood film set, includes an outdoor mini bar and loungers for sunbathing.
- Adjacent to the pool is a circular hot water bath that can accommodate up to four adults simultaneously.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– The home serves delicious vegetarian meals. Guests are requested to not bring in outside food.
– The common area, as you enter the home, hosts a beautiful grand piano in black. Guests are requested to be careful around. Please contact the caretaker if you wish to play songs in the common area.
– Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests can only smoke in exteriors.
– Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
– Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
– We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
– Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
– Free parking is available onsite (in a covered parking area). There is also a public car park nearby.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests,
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
