Home Rules

• Check-in time is 3 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• Full (100%) payment must be completed prior to check-in. Check-in will not be permitted without confirmation of payment.
• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are allowed.
• We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
• In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
  
  Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests.
• Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
• The home also offers an A la Carte menu for you to choose from at an additional cost.
• Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date
• Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
• A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. 
• Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
• In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if we get another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
• If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
