PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only 1 small dog or cat as a pet.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn & garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Guests do not have access to the outhouse.
All-male groups and stags are not strictly allowed.
The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.

In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM
There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
The caretaker and host stays on the premises of the same property. The caretaker is available from 7:30 AM to 10 PM.
This is a standalone property.
Alcohol consumption is allowed.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
All rates are on a per person, per day basis.
Gluten-free food is available on request at the property.
A barbecue kit is available at an extra cost of Rs. 1200.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, outside food is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
