- Fetaured in Curly Tales Set against the backdrop of the Arabian Sea, Birdsong in Madh Island is a 3-bedroom pet-friendly private home 10-minutes from the beach, affording picturesque terrace treetop views, and plenty of outside sit-outs and the calming breeze for company.
- Featuring expansive rooms, large French windows with sit-outs and ornate architecture, the home's greenery and beige hues give it a warm, welcoming vibe.
- Set across two floors overlooking the lush lawns, the ground floor with the entrance leading to a spacious lawn has 1 living room and bedroom, while the first floor has 2 bedrooms, all of them with ensuite bathrooms.
- Traditional wooden furniture blends beautifully with the gardens and trellis overflowing across the balconies and walls. - You can take a stroll through the home, catch up on work (with free WiFi) and read at one of the window ledges or look onto the sea during sunsets.
- Find some interesting books in the in-house library, chase your furry friends and jog down the garden path or dig into scrumptious food at the gazebo while catching up with the family. The gated community has its own facilities such as a tennis court, gym, and more. Sloping trails around the property make it great for cycling.

– Two people can be accommodated in each room. A mattress can be provided for an extra occupant.
– All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
– Up to 2 cars can be parked on site.
– The caretaker will assist you with any necessary requirements.
– The home cannot be booked for shoots or videography.
– Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes.
– As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 2,500 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Commercial/non-commercial shoots or any professional video production are prohibited at this property. The gated community situating SaffronStays Birdsong has the right to act against any violation.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests,
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
