Glass House 91 takes the rulebook on Balinese style and gives it a clever twist, bringing a fresh, playful take on luxury to the heart of Alibaug.

- Outdoors, the elements of earth, water, and fire come alive through specially commissioned art installations, while indoors, jewel tones and burnished brass accents add a striking contrast to the sleek greyscale palette. A state-of-the-art sound system envelops the entire property, creating a fully immersive experience.

- Dramatic lighting transforms the space at night, evoking a sense of otherworldly enchantment. The home's modern design, with its bold geometric shapes and opulent materials, is a work of art in its own right.

- This stylish home features a modern, plush living room on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing in luxury.
- The ground floor also includes three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed.
- Step outside to find a well-manicured lawn, a refreshing swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area ideal for alfresco meals. An outdoor fireplace makes a perfect place for your late-night story sessions.
- Upstairs, the first floor is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom, offering a private and serene retreat which opens to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– This is a 4 bedroom home.
– The third bathroom is an open bathroom. It overlooks a field.
– Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, AC, and WiFi.
– The staff at this home comprises people including the caretakers, the property manager, and a chef to cater to any of your getaway needs.
– Up to 2 cars can be parked on site.
– Pet charges INR Rs. 800 + GST
– The bedrooms do not have ceiling fans, there a tower fans available in the rooms.
– Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
– Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes
– As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the main kitchen except for infants with prior permission. The Pantry kitchen can be used by the guest.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests,
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
