The villa is a gateway to luxury with its tastefully designed rooms and living areas that offer comfort and rejuvenation. Entering the villa, one will be stunned by the calmness and tranquility of the spacious living room that offers a myriad of amenities. It also provides direct access to the pool which has a sitout area, perfect for a refreshing dip in the summer. Climbing through the stairway will lead you toward the pool table and racks filled with board games and books.
Next to it, will be the opulent bedrooms of the villa that provide stunning views of Lonavala. Adjoined to them, will be the outdoor deck with a seating area that is perfect for a cup of tea along with a beautiful sunset. Odessa Enclave provides an ideal setting for a refreshing getaway.

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

- -Guests are requested to be aware of bugs and insects owing to the location of the property which is surrounded by open land and mountains.
- -Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- -Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- -We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- -Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- -Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- -The caretaker resides near the vicinity of the property.
- -This is a standalone property.
- -There are CCTV cameras that capture the exterior areas of the property for security purposes.
- -Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- -Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- -Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- -Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vi work fairly well here.
- -In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA inverter can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.
- -This is not a pet-friendly property
Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.

- The villa is home to an abundance of artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the lawn area only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Guests are requested to stay cautious of bugs and insects provided the location of the property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support a few ACs, plug points, and appliances.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
- Outside food is strictly not allowed on the property. The guest can either book meals with us or go to nearby restaurants.
Food & Beverages Policy
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Jain meals are available upon request.
- A barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge. The costs for the aforementioned beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Cooking and consumption of nonvegetarian food is not allowed.
- Outside food is strictly not allowed on the property. The guest can either book meals online or eat out at nearby restaurants.
Cancellation Policy Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
