- Light Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

- Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 11 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
- All male groups are not allowed.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.
- The property is located in a secluded area, offering privacy.

Food & Beverages Policy - Outside food is allowed at this home.
- Reheating of vegetarian food is allowed. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy - Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
- If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
- No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
