Located in the beautiful summer capital of India, this century-old villa is spread across 2 cottages that promise a getaway unlike any other. The home itself was built during the British Raj and served as the summer home for Britishers owing to its cool climate and scenic landscapes. Not only is it nestled in the lap of nature, but also the home overlooks unrivalled valley views. The verdant exteriors entice blissful moonlit strolls, whilst the bedrooms offer almost unreal views of the rising mountains. The interiors of the cottages are a seamless potpourri of comfortable furnishings and colonial architecture. Hosting a range of cosy nooks, ideal for unwinding and relaxing, this home will leave you wanting more!

- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas for security purposes.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Stag groups are not allowed
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Food & Beverages Policy
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
- Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa
Cancellation Policy - Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
- If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
- No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
