Tucked between the rolling hills of Mussoorie and the countryside calm of Dehradun, Nadora House is a five-bedroom modern retreat where design meets serenity. Thoughtfully built, every space here is designed to help you slow down, breathe deep, and feel at home.

Interiors draw from Wabi Sabi aesthetics, simple, warm, and grounded in nature. Each room comes with an attached bathroom, work desk, and a private sit-out. Curl up with a book, enjoy board games in the cozy lounge, or sip morning tea while gazing at hillscape.

Take a dip in the private pool, unwind in a steam shower, or relax in our sunlit terrace lounge. With two-level gardens, a minimalist kitchen, and an in-house chef, your days can be as restful or engaging as you choose.

Nature trails and treks are just steps away, and Mussoorie is only a 45-minute drive. With fast Wi-Fi, curated comforts, and peaceful surroundings, Nadora House is the kind of getaway you’ll want to return to again and again.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Smoking is restricted to outdoors only. Guests are requested to use ash tray and preserve the beauty of the premises.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors (11 AM – 10 PM) and indoors after dark. Loud music isn’t allowed.
– The host is not available at the property but is available on call for any requests or concerns; however, the caretakers stay on the premises.
– Extra bedding arrangements can be done at an extra cost.
– Pets are strictly not allowed at this home.
– Parking space available for cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 8 PM for your service and assistance.
100% payment in advance for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.

This is not a pet-friendly home.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a 48-hour notice prior to your check-in date.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
All mobile networks work excellently well here.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
All-male groups are not allowed.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Any extra guests will be charged extra.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if cancelled 7 days before check-in. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Cancellation or rescheduling can not be availed at less than 7 days of the check-in date or if the booking is made with partial payment.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
