Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
• Guests are requested to remove their footwear before entering the villa.
• Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
• Swimming in the lake is strictly not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors, especially in the living area and bedrooms, is not permitted.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
• Guests are requested not to shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same.
• Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network, is subject to availability at any given time.
• Since the villa is surrounded by forest and trees, there may be insects in the evening.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 24 hours.
• There is a rough patch leading up to the villa.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes.
• There are friendly dogs, hens and cows residing at the property.
• The living room is not equipped with an AC.

Food & Beverages Policy

• All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
• Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
• Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
• Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
• Food will be served in the alfresco dining area only, and not in the villa. Food will be served till 11 PM only. The kitchen will close post 11 PM.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, it is strictly not allowed inside the villa.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
• Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed.
  
  Cancellation Policy
  
  

• Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
• If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a  50% refund in the original mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
