We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Loud music is not allowed outside post 10 PM, and loud music inside the villa is strictly not permitted.
– Parking space for up to 3 cars. Tempo traveller can’t reach and be parked at the property.
– Guests can access the fireplace at an extra charge of Rs. 500 per hour.
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Tempo traveller can’t reach and be parked at the property.

– Guests can access the washing machine for an additional charge of Rs. 600 per load of clothes.
– Activities such as live singers and local dancers can be arranged for the guests as per actuals.

– We offer the flexibility to organise various events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, or proposals, for an additional fee as per actuals.

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
