Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
• The host and caretaker stay in the premises of the same property.
• WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
• Owing to the drop in temperatures during winter, the swimming pool will not be operational from the months of November to March.
• Hookah is strictly prohibited at the premises of the property.
• External vendors for services like Decor, DJ, Catering, Singing, Live Performances, Bartending, and Spa are strictly not allowed.
  
  Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
• Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
• If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
