Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; no loud parties or events.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Follow maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests need prior approval.
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Please keep the villa clean, use the designated trash bins and avoid littering the property.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Use the provided amenities responsibly and adhere to any posted guidelines.
Follow local laws and regulations. Illegal activities will result in eviction and potential legal action.
Daily cleaning is compulsory. Kindly cooperate with our housekeeping team.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Guests are allowed to access the kitchen for cooking.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
