A luxurious 4 BHK villa on the outskirts of Jaipur, where modern luxury meets the peaceful charm of village life. This elegant villa is designed with light-colored concrete and stone, and its expansive glass windows flood the spacious interiors with natural light. This home is a perfect escape for friends and families looking for a relaxing staycation close to Delhi and Gujarat. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, engage in fun indoor and outdoor activities like pool, cycling, basketball, and soccer, or simply unwind with meditation and private yoga sessions in the beautiful garden. The villa’s stylish interiors, elegant design, and curated artworks create a seamless mix of modern sophistication and timeless charm.

Layout of the Home

- Step into our inviting living room, designed for relaxation and social gatherings. Plush furniture, warm lighting, and an open-plan layout make it an ideal space to unwind.
- To the right, you’ll find a spacious entertainment room equipped with a pool table, board games, and a cozy seating area. Adjacent to it is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing or enjoying meals. The ground floor also houses two elegantly furnished bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
- Upstairs, you’ll discover two additional bedrooms, each opening onto a private deck that overlooks the lush gardens. Outside, the villa boasts a stunning swimming pool, a gazebo for outdoor lounging, and a projector setup for Netflix under the stars.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– The property does not permit the preparation, cooking, or consumption of non-vegetarian food.
– Ordering or bringing non-vegetarian meals from outside sources is prohibited.
– Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to local authorities.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or any of the rooms.
– The villa offers parking for 4-6 cars.
– Network connectivity may vary based on weather conditions.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 / room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Kitchen Access is available at ₹3,000 per night for guests who want to cook themselves.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
