ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. Guests can order non-vegetarian food from outside.
- Barbecue is available at an extra cost.

- The cricket turf and pickleball court are shared facilities and require pre-booking. Charges are ₹1,200 per court per hour, plus taxes.

The lush lawn is perfect for some outdoor fun—whether it’s a game of frisbee or a cosy picnic. When hunger strikes, fire up the BBQ and feast like royalty. If you're up for an adventure, explore Tiger’s Leap, take a boat ride at Pawna Lake, or savor some chikki from Lonavala’s famous shops. As the evening sets in, unwind by the pool, soak in the jacuzzi, or simply stargaze in pure bliss. At Amalfi, every moment is a mini vacation in itself!

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– This property is not suitable for pets.
– In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa.
– The outdoor area is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– Secured parking is available for 4 cars

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests can order non-vegetarian food from outside.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
CCTV cameras capture common and external areas for security purposes.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 10 PM.
This property is a part of a gated society.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
For groups of less than 6 people, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost.
Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
