Located in a quiet but well-connected area near Anjuna Beach, this 2 BHK villa in Goa is only a short distance away from some of the best restaurants and bars that Goa has to offer. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can also find a private pool attached for a relaxing dip.

This 2 BHK villa in Goa for rent is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa: you will be at the midpoint between the famous Candolim/Calangute and Morjim/Ashvem beaches. Cycle along the Chapora River, visit the local but seasonal HillTop market, grab a nice sunset drink at the W hotel or do some kayaking at Vaayu… you are at the heart of activities. The best of what Goa has to offer will be within a 10 min drive (Olive, Thalassa, Sublime, etc.). Alternatively, make yourself a gourmet meal after shopping in the local markets or get a cook on call to stay within the intimacy of the villa in Goa.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:

– You will have the entire villa, pool and garden to yourself. The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. The Villa is located on Level 3 wherein you have to climb around 45 – 48 Steps to reach the villa.
– Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.

– As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents and would consider the booking as “no show” (no refund possible).
– The per night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra bed, extra linen/towels etc.
– If you’re not experienced in driving on hills, please exercise caution when driving to the property, especially since it’s located on top of a hill.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM
A Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Minimum age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years.
We welcome families, couples, and mixed groups, we are unable to accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings, and parties.
There may be other guests in the same estate so please respect other guests and refrain from disturbing them. Ensure compliance with all house rules. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund
Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of Rs.10,000 will be charged per room if found smoking inside these homes to cover costs of deodorizing drapes and upholstery.
Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation (we have a strict “no visitor” policy).

Cancellation Policy

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)
Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.
Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.
Credit Note Terms:
1. The credit note must be used to stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking.
2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.
3. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Christmas & New Year’s -22nd Dec 2025 to 7th Jan 2026.
