The entire property is made from the Kath-Kuni method and is enlightened by the chirping of birds, the mellow whispers of the valley. Settled in the lush landscape of Kullu, the incredible woodwork is visible not only in the exteriors but also in the interiors. Featuring intricate wooden embellishments, the rooms make one feel at ease. The various curated corners like the fireplace, balcony or garden, allow one to unwind and immerse oneself in nature. Decked with modern amenities like barbeque, bonfire or nature treks, the villa provides a luxurious stay experience. At The Manor - Kullu, enjoy the pure mountain breeze, chirping birds and most importantly, timeless memories with your loved ones.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty is applicable if found smoking.
– Stag bookings are not permitted at this home.
– Shared parking space is available.
– Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an extra cost of Rs. 3000 per night.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Guests do not have access to the attic since it’s only for owners’ personal use.
Kindly inform the team in advance in case the guests need to use the fireplace.
Stag entry is allowed without any advance payment.
This is a pet-friendly property.
This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
