The property also features two luxury tents with bathtubs, a charming container house, a mud house with Rajasthani décor, and a Swiss‑style bedroom, each blending comfort with unique character.

The first luxury tent offers a king‑sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, fan, 55” TV, work desk, wardrobe, and an outdoor sitting area with garden views. Its bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, geyser, hand jet spray, organic toiletries, towels, and a western commode. The second tent mirrors these features, providing another spacious 300 sq.ft haven with garden views and a private outdoor sitting area.

The mud house presents rustic charm with Rajasthani décor, a king‑sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, fan, wardrobe, work desk, window bed, sofa chairs, and outdoor seating. Its bathroom is fitted with a shower, geyser, hand jet spray, organic toiletries, towels, and a western commode. The container house offers a king‑sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, fan, 43” TV, wardrobe, and a balcony overlooking the garden. A cosy living room with sofa sets, chairs, and a centre table adds to its appeal.

The Swiss‑style bedroom provides another spacious retreat with a king‑sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, fan, 43” TV, wardrobe, and garden views. Its living room features sofa sets and a centre table, creating a comfortable lounge space. Across all accommodations, bathrooms are equipped with modern fittings, organic toiletries, and western commodes, ensuring a blend of luxury and convenience.

Outdoors, the retreat unfolds into expansive gardens with orchards, a pebble fountain, and a pond with fish and ducks. A gazebo near the pond offers seating for six, complete with a fan and swing, while additional outdoor sitting areas provide L‑shaped sofas, dining tables, and pond views. The highlight is the 1,800 sq.ft private pool with a fountain, 4.5‑ft depth, kids’ pool, loungers, outdoor shower, bar trolley, and poolside seating — perfect for relaxation or lively gatherings.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7-9 days post cancellation request.
Security deposit refund policy: 15,000
Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post-property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.
Noise & disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.
Pet Security Deposit
- 1 Pet – ₹10,000 (Refundable)
- 2 Pets – ₹15,000 (Refundable)
Collected in addition to the standard security deposit.
Pet Sanitation Fee (One-time, collected at check-in) – ₹3,000 to ₹4,000
Pets are not allowed in the pool – A care charge of ₹10,000 will apply if this is overlooked.

Maximum occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
Safety & security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
Guests, who are not checked-in are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
