Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
- Property staff is available from 7 AM to 10 PM for your service and assistance.
- Security Deposit is not applicable for this stay.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
- If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
- Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
- Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval only can the guest bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
- Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing bedrooms. Guest to ensure the cleanliness of their pets.
Food & Beverages Policy
- Outside food is not allowed at the home.
- Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
- Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
- Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
- Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
- Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund. - Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
- Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
- Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
