This 7-bedroom homestay in Natadol, nestled between Almora and Bhimtal, is one of those rare places where time slows and life feels richer. Designed to accommodate up to 18 guests, it’s a home built for meaningful moments—whether shared in quiet company or lively celebration.

Mornings begin with the scent of freshly baked bread from the in-house bakery, drifting through the crisp mountain air. A warm cup of tea or coffee in hand, you step onto the terrace, watching the first light stretch over the valleys. By noon, you find your spot—perhaps a sunlit corner with a view, where words flow effortlessly onto a page or colors take shape on a canvas. Here, inspiration isn’t sought; it finds you.

Afternoons unfold in quiet conversations and shared laughter. Some retreat into focus, working with the kind of clarity only the mountains can bring. Others wander—barefoot on the grass, discovering hidden nooks perfect for solitude or connection. Evenings are when the magic deepens. A bonfire crackles, stories weave their way through the night air, and the sky stretches endlessly above, stars scattered like poetry waiting to be read.

And then, there are the moments that stay with you. A painting session under the open sky, where the mountains become both muse and mentor. A stargazing night, wrapped in blankets, tracing constellations as someone tells a story of how their grandfather taught them the names of the stars. A quiet realization, in the middle of it all, that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

This is not just a homestay. It is a feeling, a chapter, a pause in time you’ll want to return to—again and again.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Only small and medium-breed pets are allowed, as the resident dog calls this place home.
– Pet food is available at an additional cost.
– Secure parking is available for up to 5 cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 6 AM to 11 PM for your service and assistance.
Security Deposit is not applicable for this stay.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoors.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval only can the guest bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing bedrooms. Guest to ensure the cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
