Somewhere high up in the quiet hills of Hartola, where orchards stretch lazily across the slopes and the air smells faintly of pine and ripe fruit, sits Villa Mysa, a home that doesn’t try too hard, because it doesn’t need to. It simply welcomes you in, like an old friend who knows you’ve been needing a break.

The house has three bedrooms, but each one feels like its own little world. Big windows let the mountains in, and every space is designed with a softness that makes you want to stay in bed a little longer, sip your morning coffee a little slower. Some corners are modern and minimal, others hold on to vintage charm—but all of it feels personal, thoughtful, and deeply peaceful.

Mornings here begin gently. Bed tea or coffee arrives at your door like a quiet ritual. You open the curtains, and there it is, the valley stretching out endlessly below. Maybe you go for a walk through the woods. Maybe you don’t. Maybe you just sink into a chair in the garden, with a book in one hand and nothing urgent in the other. Time has a different rhythm at Villa Mysa, and you start to move with it—calmer, lighter.

Afternoons might bring a picnic lunch outside, laughter echoing in the crisp air. Evenings drift in with the scent of woodsmoke and slow-cooked meals. You gather around the fireplace, tell old stories, or simply sit in silence under a sky that feels impossibly close.

It’s not flashy. It’s not loud. But Villa Mysa stays with you. In the way it lets you hear your own thoughts again. In the way it reminds you that peace doesn’t need much—just space, stillness, and a view worth pausing for.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Smoking is strictly allowed in outdoors. Guests are requested to ask for ash tray from the caretaking staff and preserve the beauty of the premises.
– The host is not available at the property but is available on call for any requests or concerns; however, the caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.- Extra bedding arrangements can be done at an extra cost.
– Pets are strictly not allowed at this home.
– In case of a power outage, the inverters can provide power backup for upto 6 hours.
– Given the secluded location, bring essentials or ask our caretakers for assistance.
– Parking space available for cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 12:00 AM for your service and assistance.
A refundable security deposit of Rs. 3,000 will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.

This is not a pet-friendly home.
Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a 48-hour notice prior to your check-in date.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
All mobile networks work excellently well here.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
All-male groups are not allowed.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Any extra guests will be charged extra.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
