Home Rules

• Check-in time is  2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Villa is not suitable for Bachelor groups & stag groups
• We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
• Consumption of alcohol is allowed.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
• The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. The depth of the pool is 4 feet.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
• Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
• No crackers or colours are permitted in this home
• All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
• Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size.
• In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
  
  Food & Beverages Policy

   

• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Timings: Breakfast: 8 am – 10 am Lunch: 1 pm – 2.30 pm High-Tea: 4 pm – 5.30 pm Dinner: 8 pm – 10.30 pm Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. 
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests,
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
• If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
• Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
