Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• A refundable deposit of Rs. 5,000/villa will be collected at the time of checkin. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• The kitchen setup in the villa includes Mini Fridge, Kettles, Microwave, Vessels. Induction can be arranged on prior request.
• Access to the kitchen is strictly prohibited. In case of parents with infants, a basic kitchen setup can be provided on prior request.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
• Hookah is strictly not allowed.
• We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
• The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
• All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. Security Deposit can also be paid in cash for this villa on-site.
• If paid online, the security deposit must be paid two days before check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
• In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
  
  Food & Beverages Policy

• All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
• Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
• For groups of less than 6 people, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
• Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
• Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
• Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
  
  Cancellation Policy
  
  

• Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
• If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a  50% refund in the original mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
