Nestled amidst the soothing scent of bougainvillaea, this serene, whitewashed sanctuary offers a refreshingly discreet escape from the city’s routine life. Villa Santorini, resembling a dreamy white cottage tucked away in the lanes of Greece, has been thoughtfully designed to dance with the gentle caress of the breeze.

As you glide through the arched doorway, you will find yourself in a spacious living room, flanking the open kitchenette with only the most beautiful cerulean countertop that echoes the charm of a quaint diner you might find in the bylanes of the Cyclades islands.

From here, French doors beckon you to the pool area, where, as the sun begins its descent, the shadows of towering palm trees cascade upon the water, offering the perfect summer retreat.

Take a dip in the pool or recline on the plush loungers or in the gazebo, where gentle breezes sway amidst comfortable seating. Ascend the Santorini-inspired stairs to discover the second wing of this Greek paradise, where a BBQ sit-out and bar area await. The bar, adorned with a cage-like structure and a blue-iron door, adds a touch of drama to the space. As evening falls, find yourself drawn to this bar, relishing in scrumptious barbecues beneath the soft glow of fairy lights, engaging in sweet conversations with loved ones.

A few steps further lead to the dining room, adorned with artefacts that seamlessly blend with the villa's aesthetic. The bedrooms, luxurious and ethereal, offer cloud-like beds that promise restful slumber, only to wake up to views that can only be described as magical.

– Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
– Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
– Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden. Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. No guest under the age of 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on the property.
– Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty of INR 10,000 is applicable if found smoking.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Guests who are not checked-in or registered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the villa
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Kindly store your valuables in safety lockers available in the rooms. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.

Breakfast is complimentary.

Food & Beverages Policy

The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
