- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
- All-male groups are not allowed
- This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 10 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 / room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Kitchen Access is available at ₹3,000 per night for guests who want to cook themselves.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
Food & Beverages Policy
- Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
- Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
- Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
