Tucked away in the heart of Udaipur’s lush countryside, Vanya Veda unfolds as a sanctuary of earthy elegance. Its four cottages, led through meandering stone pathways, are surrounded by greenery, creating a seamless connection between architecture and nature. The ground floor hosts three cottages, while the fourth, perched above, enjoys sweeping views. Every space is designed for quiet indulgence—Cottage 2 features a fireplace, a plunge pool, and a private garden, while Cottage 3 offers a lavish bathtub for an added touch of comfort. Each cottage comes with a personal patio, a perfect spot to soak in the surroundings.

A sprawling 500 sq. ft. lawn, dotted with hammocks, invites a slower pace of life, while a private swimming pool glistens under the open sky. The heart of the retreat is its elegantly designed living space, where soft, sunlit interiors open up to peaceful farm views. Wrapped in muted beige tones and natural textures, Vanya Veda offers an immersive escape—where every detail is crafted for serenity and comfort.

– This is not a pet-friendly property.
– This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Parking is available outside the villa for up to 5 car.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
All-male groups and stags are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
In case of a power outage, the solar power backup can support all the appliances.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available at all times.
Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
This is a standalone property.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy
The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted.
Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of the brand.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
