The story behind this Aamby Valley villa is rooted in the owner’s deep connection with nature. With a lifelong love for plants, he envisioned a retreat surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Nestled against a stunning mountain backdrop, the villa truly comes alive during the monsoon, when seven waterfalls cascade down the cliffs, adding to its serene charm.

To bring his passion to life, the owner has transformed the villa's backyard into a flourishing haven, planting a variety of trees, including some unique European species, blending local beauty with global inspiration. His dream was to create a space where guests could feel as close to nature as possible, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of flowing water and the vibrant greenery he cherishes so much.

– 24 hours prior to check in our team will connect with the guests regarding gate pass.
– 4 cars can be parked on the property free of additional charges.
– Villa amenities include a swimming pool, lawn, indoor games, dining space, WiFi and more.
– This is not a pet-friendly villa.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5000 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is allowed at this home.
Reheating of food is allowed.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date
Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund.
If any non-cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if brands gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
