Decked with a games room and a conference room, Brickstone Gardens is perfect for corporate outings and large gatherings. Outside, the shimmering waters of the pool await your presence. Sip a cocktail by the hammocks in the lawn or rest in the evergreen grass, there are plenty of lounging options at Brickstone Gardens.

With its vintage brick-house structure, mornings at Brickstone Gardens are simply more than pleasant. There is a sprawling lawn outside which is ideal for a leisurely stroll or a calming yoga session. After a meditative yoga session, enjoy a hearty spread of breakfast in the dining room. Head over to the pool where you can take a dip and let go of all your worries or sip your favourite drink on the hammock. For the adrenaline junkies, the game room is your canvas to enjoy a variety of board games and let those laughters out. As the evening settles down, enjoy a hearty meal by the bonfire or head inside where you can enjoy your favourite timeless classics. Brickstone Gardens is a charming escapade in Vikramgad.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:

All-male groups are not allowed. However, an exception will be made in case of corporate outings.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is a wheelchair-friendly property. There are five rooms on the ground floor.
In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM.
There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
This property is a part of a gated community.
Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000/room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date.
Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if brand gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
