What is noteworthy is that although it is wrapped in pure serenity, dense forests and ethereal views, this holiday home ensures great connectivity to Mussoorie's famed attractions. The soothing muted palette that follows throughout the home effortlessly complements the greens on the outside. Days here are punctuated by relishing the piping hot morning cups of coffee on the terracotta terraces and nights end under a thick blanket of twinkling skies. Wildlife spottings are not uncommon, making it perfect for birding and nature enthusiasts. COMMON AREAS

- The home opens up to an expansive drawing room on the ground floor that is furnished with plush sofa-sets that can seat up to 14 people. 

- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a heater, Wi-Fi access and a CCTV camera for security purposes.

- The dining area is a component of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. 

- There is another cosy living room on the lower ground level 2, which is a part of the family suite. It features ample seating arrangements. 

- The exteriors of the property feature scenic terracotta terraces, both on the ground floor, offering stunning views of the mountains and hills. 

- One of them also features a huge bonfire pit, perfect for spending time with your loved ones and enjoying an evening in. 

- The property premises also boasts a covered verandah, overlooking the stunning landscapes of the mountains and the valleys. 

KITCHEN

- There is a kitchen and a kitchenette which is a part of the family suite. 

- Guests may use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per day. 

- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 

- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

- The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery. 

- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD

- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.

- Guests can order in from a fixed A La Carte menu of select restaurants.

- We prepare meals on request and need a day’s notice as we are pretty much in the forest!

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the owner’s residence. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 9 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We can provide accommodation for 4 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per night.

ADD-ON SERVICES

- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 4000 for a duration of 4 hours. An additional Rs. 1000 will be levied for every subsequent hour. 

- Iron can be provided on request. 

- Pick-up and drop facilities can be arranged, at an additional cost.
