Eagle's Span, nestled in the scenic hills of Pawna, offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern luxury. Located near the historic Lohagad Fort, which dates back to the Maratha Empire and was once a strategic stronghold of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, this villa provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in history while enjoying breathtaking views. Live in a villa designed in the shape of an eagle, blending architectural brilliance with nature. Inspired by the soaring wings of an eagle, this spacious 4-bedroom villa boasts dual-sided views—one overlooking a lush valley and the other showcasing the twin forts of Lohagad and Visapur. Designed for larger groups, the property also includes two charming cottages, making it ideal for a grand family gathering or a corporate retreat.

Backstory

Overlooking the twin forts of Lohagad and Visapur which were once the Maratha strongholds, this location is a witness to the rise and fall of empires. Built to protect Lohagad, Visapur Fort witnessed fierce battles, including the British siege of 1818. Today, these forts whisper their stories through misty sunrises and rugged trails, waiting to be explored.

Unwind by the private pool, soak in panoramic views, and step into a world where you can experience a slice of history and legacy! Additionally, the Eagle-shaped layout provides a depiction of eagle soaring over Lohagad Fort, looking down towards the villa.

The villa features an elegant oval-shaped pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging by the water. Guests can enjoy a variety of recreational activities, including a cricket ground, table tennis, a pool table, carrom, and board games. There’s also a small playground where kids can have fun. The highlight of your stay? Savor freshly prepared wood-fired pizzas at the live pizza station, adding a delightful culinary experience to your getaway. Layout of the Villa:

Single-story villa with 2 bedrooms on the left side and 2 bedrooms on the right, creating a wing-like structure. The center includes a kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room.
Each villa bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds, offering ample space for families and groups.
In addition to the main villa, there are 2 separate cottages, each with 1 bedroom, bringing the total to 6 rooms - 4 in the main villa and 2 in the cottages, perfect for larger groups.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Guests are advised to travel in a vehicle with high ground clearance with backup tires as the last few kilometers of the approach road are rough.
– CCTV is located outside the villa and near the swimming pool.
– There are 6 bedrooms on the premises; you can book a minimum of 4 bedrooms. If you book 4 rooms, you can only access the main villa, the cottages cannot be accessed.
– Given the location of the home amidst nature, you may spot some creepy crawlies (especially during rains). It is a request to reach out to the caretaker in such cases and not harm them; they are harmless until we bother them.
– Guests are requested to always keep the doors closed (especially while unattended) and close the windows at 6 pm.
– The property and its surroundings are well lit up and there is a common parking area nearby.
– Due to its unique location, network connectivity is weak here. Jio & Airtel works fairly well.
– A trained onsite cook will serve you fresh, home-cooked meals.
– We have a backup inverter in case of rare occasions of power failure. Guests are requested to switch off the ACs during power outages as it consumes more power. The charges of genset are 1000 per hours after 4 hrs. of usage.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests,
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
