The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a heater, Wi-Fi access, king-sized beds, electric kettle, attached bathrooms, and garden/valley views.
- 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC. There is a TV in 2 bedrooms.
- The room on the first floor also offers a designated workstation and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful views.
BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in 2 bathrooms, and the bathroom on the first floor offers a bathtub.
COMMON AREAS
- The living room is on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 9 people.
- It is equipped with amenities such as a heater, AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV.
- The dining area is a part of the living room. It provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the villa include two sprawling lawns, 600 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft. in size.
- Each can accommodate 15 and 12 people respectively.
- One of the lawns has an attached gazebo.
We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
- -This is a pet-friendly property.
- -This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- -In case of a power outage, the generator and solar power can support all the appliances.
- -The pool is available after 6:00 pm at additional charges during the pool party hosted by the owner.
- -Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- -Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- -Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- -There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- -The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available at all times.
- -This is a standalone property.
- -Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- -Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- -We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- -Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- -Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- -StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
Home Rules
- Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Stag groups are not allowed
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Food & Beverages Policy
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
- Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa
Cancellation Policy - Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
- If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
- No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
